Slinky and supported and sometimes sensual, you are invited to explore mobility movement patterns from floor to air as we incorporate a low hanging aerial apparatus. For this session we will use trapeze. Gentle, fun, flowy and playful cues take the lead. Layers recommended, socks, shirts, leggings, with options to remove them as body heat increases. Water bottle, heels, knee pads recommended but optional.

Framed beautifully by this classic circus apparatus these combinations allow for non spinning and spinning options. Suitable for Beginner Level One and more experienced aerialists.
